These terms govern your use of Pulse (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) and the marketing bundle service we provide. By purchasing a bundle, you agree to these terms.
A Pulse bundle is a one-time digital deliverable that includes a website and SEO audit, a competitor analysis, three SEO-targeted blog posts, and five LinkedIn posts. The bundle is generated specifically for the business and website you provide at checkout.
You receive your bundle within 48 hours of payment, delivered via a secure download link sent to the email address you provided.
The bundle costs $895 AUD as a single, one-time payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no contract. Once delivered, the bundle and all content within it are yours to keep and use indefinitely.
Upon full payment and delivery, you own the deliverables in your bundle. You may use, modify, publish, and repurpose them however you like — on your website, in your marketing, or anywhere else. We claim no ongoing rights over the content we deliver to you.
Pulse retains the right to reference that we worked with your business (using business name only, not confidential details) for our own marketing, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
Our analysis combines AI tools with human review. While we take care to ensure findings are accurate at the time of delivery, search engine rankings, competitor positioning, and SEO data change constantly. Numbers, search volumes, and competitive intelligence are best-effort estimates, not guarantees.
The content we deliver is professionally written but should be reviewed by you before publishing — particularly anything that references regulated industries (health, finance, legal). You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with your industry's regulations and your own professional obligations.

We can't guarantee specific business outcomes — number of new customers, ranking positions on Google, revenue uplift, or social media engagement levels. SEO and content marketing depend on factors outside our control, including how and whether you implement our recommendations.
We aren't your lawyer, your accountant, or your business advisor. The recommendations in your bundle are marketing recommendations only.
If you change your mind before we've started generating your bundle, contact us at hello@pulsemarketingco.com for a full refund. Once generation has started (typically within a few hours of payment), our refund policy applies.
You agree not to submit a website or business that promotes illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, fraud, or material that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service and refund any order at our discretion if a submission falls into these categories.
We may update these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes won't apply retroactively to bundles already purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
